Noureddine Morceli awarded Order of International Merit in Seoul

SEOUL (South Korea)- The chairman of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Thomas Bach, on Wednesday in Seoul, South Korea, handed over the Order of International Merit to the former Olympic and world champion of the 1500m, Noureddine Morceli, on the sidelines of the general assembly of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC).
