تمكنت الفرقة المتنقلة للشرطة القضائية بالشط (BMPJ)، التابعة لأمن ولاية الطارف، خلال الأسبوع المنصرم، وفي إطار الإجراءات الأمنية والوقائية المسطرة بمناسبة الاحتفال بالمولد النبوي الشريف، من إحباط نشاط يتعلق بتهريب مواد محظورة وحساسة تتمثل في المفرقعات والألعاب النارية.
العملية، التي تمت تحت إشراف النيابة المختصة إقليمياً، أسفرت عن توقيف شخصين (02) يُشتبه في تورطهما في نشاط تهريب هذه المواد، إلى جانب حجز 77,068 وحدة من المفرقعات والألعاب النارية بمختلف الأنواع، فضلاً عن مركبة سياحية كانت تُستعمل في النشاط محل التحقيق.
وبعد استكمال الإجراءات القانونية، تم تقديم المشتبه فيهما أمام السيد وكيل الجمهورية لدى محكمة الذرعان بالطارف، عن قضية حيازة بضاعة محظورة وحساسة، تتمثل في المفرقعات والألعاب النارية، داخل النطاق الجمركي دون وثائق إثبات، معدة للتهريب باستعمال وسيلة نقل.
وتأتي هذه العملية في سياق التدابير الأمنية والوقائية التي اتخذتها مصالح الشرطة بأمن ولاية الطارف للحد من ترويج واستعمال المفرقعات والألعاب النارية، لاسيما خلال المناسبات التي تعرف ارتفاعاً في الإقبال عليها.
