بسكرة: توقيف مروج مخدرات وحجز 4.6 كلغ من الكيف المعالج

تمكنت فرقة البحث والتدخل (BRI) التابعة لأمن ولاية بسكرة من توقيف مروج للمخدرات، في عملية نوعية تندرج ضمن جهود مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة والاتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات.

وأسفرت العملية عن حجز 45 صفيحة من الكيف المعالج بوزن إجمالي قدره 4 كلغ و600 غرام، كانت موجهة للترويج بطريقة غير شرعية، إضافة إلى استعمال وسيلة نقل في نشاط التهريب.

وبعد استيفاء جميع الإجراءات القانونية، تم إنجاز ملف جزائي ضد المشتبه فيه بتهم تتعلق بـ:

حيازة المخدرات (كيف معالج) لغرض البيع بطريقة غير مشروعة
جنحة التهريب باستعمال وسيلة نقل

وتم تقديم المعني أمام الجهات القضائية المختصة، حيث صدر في حقه أمر إيداع.

وتؤكد هذه العملية مواصلة مصالح الأمن الوطني لجهودها في محاربة آفة المخدرات وحماية المجتمع من مخاطرها.
