إعلان يوم 1 ماي عطلة مدفوعة الأجر بمناسبة عيد العمال

أعلنت وزارة العمل والتشغيل والضمان الاجتماعي والمديرية العامة للوظيفة العمومية والإصلاح الإداري، أن يوم الجمعة 1 ماي 2026 سيكون عطلة مدفوعة الأجر لكافة المستخدمين في المؤسسات والإدارات العمومية والهيئات والدواوين العمومية والخاصة، وكذا مختلف القطاعات، مهما كان نظامها القانوني.

وأوضح البيان أن هذا الإجراء يأتي بمناسبة عيد العمال، طبقًا لأحكام القانون رقم 63-278 المؤرخ في 26 جويلية 1963 المتضمن قائمة الأعياد الرسمية، المعدل والمتمم.

وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أن هذا القرار يشمل أيضًا العمال باليوم أو بالساعة، مع التأكيد على ضرورة اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لضمان استمرارية الخدمة في المصالح التي تعمل بنظام التناوب، حفاظًا على السير الحسن للمرافق العمومية.
