تمكنت وحدات الدرك الوطني بدائرة ضاية بن ضحوة بولاية غرداية من إحباط محاولة تهريب قطيع من الأغنام غير الصالحة للاستهلاك، كان موجها نحو ولايات الشمال، وذلك قبيل عيد الأضحى المبارك.
وجاءت العملية بعد توقيف مركبة نفعية مشبوهة على مستوى الطريق الوطني رقم 1 الرابط بين غرداية والأغواط، حيث أسفر التفتيش عن العثور على 18 رأسًا من الأغنام من سلالة “السيداون” مخبأة تحت حزم من التبن بغرض التمويه.
وبعد معاينة القطيع من طرف طبيب بيطري، تبين أن الأغنام غير صالحة للاستهلاك، ليتم توقيف السائق ومرافقه وفتح تحقيق في القضية.
كما تقرر حجز المركبة وإتلاف القطيع وفق الإجراءات القانونية المعمول بها وتحت إشراف الجهات المختصة.
