في إطار الجهود المتواصلة التي تبذلها مصالح الأمن الوطني لمكافحة مختلف أشكال الجرائم المرتكبة عبر الفضاء السيبراني، تمكنت مصالح أمن ولاية الشلف، خلال الأسبوع المنصرم، من توقيف شاب في العشرينيات من العمر، ينحدر من إحدى بلديات الولاية، لتورطه في قضية تتعلق بالإساءة إلى الرسول ﷺ و الاستهزاء بالمعلوم من الدين، باستعمال تكنولوجيات الإعلام و الاتصال.
تعود وقائع القضية إلى قيام المعني خلال بث مباشر عبر منصة «تيك توك»، باطلاق عبارات نابية و مسيئة للرسول ﷺ، حيث مكنت التحريات التقنية و الابحاث الميدانية التي باشرتها فرقة مكافحة الجراىم السيبرانية بالمصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية تحت اشراف النيابة المختصة، فور رصد المحتوى، من تحديد هوية صاحب الحساب و توقيفه في ظرف وجيز.
العملية أسفرت عن حجز الهاتف النقال المستعمل في ارتكاب الأفعال محل التحقيق،إلى جانب ضبط محادثات و محتويات إلكترونية أخرى ذات صلة، تؤكد استعماله للفضاء السيبراني و وسائل الاتصال الإلكترونية في ارتكاب هذه الأفعال المجرمة .
تم تقديم المشتبه فيه أمام السيد وكيل الجمهورية لدى محكمة الشلف، عن قضية الإساءة إلى الرسول ﷺ و الاستهزاء بالمعلوم من الدين، باستعمال تكنولوجيات الإعلام و الاتصال عبر الفضاء السيبراني.
للاشارة : عرف مقطع الفيديو انتشارا و تداولا واسعا عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي ، ما اثار استياء واسعا لدى مرتادي هذه المنصات بالنظر الى طبيعة المحتوى الذي تضمنه .
