وزير الخارجية السيد أحمد عطاف في زيارة عمل إلى المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وإيرلندا الشمالية

بتكليف من السيد رئيس الجمهورية، يشرع وزير الشؤون الخارجية والجالية الوطنية بالخارج، السيد أحمد عطاف، ابتداءً من اليوم، في زيارة عمل إلى المملكة المتحدة لبريطانيا العظمى وإيرلندا الشمالية.
وتندرج هذه الزيارة في إطار انعقاد الدورة الثانية للحوار الاستراتيجي الجزائري-البريطاني، حيث سيتم استعراض سبل وآفاق تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية في مختلف جوانبها الأمنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والثقافية، إلى جانب المسائل الإقليمية والدولية ذات الاهتمام المشترك، وعلى رأسها مستجدات الأوضاع في الشرق الأوسط وفي القارة الإفريقية.
ويشمل برنامج هذه الزيارة عديد اللقاءات الثنائية مع المسؤولين البريطانيين، ولقاءً مع رجال الأعمال بحضور اللورد ريتشارد ريسبي، المبعوث الخاص لرئيس الوزراء البريطاني المكلف بتعزيز الشراكة الاقتصادية مع الجزائر، فضلاً عن اجتماع متعدد الأطراف تحضيراً لانضمام الجزائر لمجلس الأمن ابتداءً من الفاتح جانفي المقبل.
ومن جانب آخر، ينتظر أن يلقي الوزير أحمد عطاف محاضرة في معهد “شاثام هاوس” البريطاني حول الأوضاع في الساحل والدور الذي تضطلع به بلادنا في نشر الأمن والاستقرار والمساهمة في التنمية الاقتصادية في هذا الفضاء المجاور. كما سيلتقي مع ممثلين عن الجالية الجزائرية المقيمة بالمملكة المتحدة.
