باتنة : الأمن الحضري الخامس يوقف 03 أشخاص في قضايا متفرقة

بناء على شكوى تقدمت بها مواطنة لعناصر الأمن الحضري الخامس مفادها تعرضها للسرقة بالنشل في الطريق العام بحي 1200 مسكن من قبل أشخاص مجهولين، الفعل الذي استهدف حقيبتها اليدوية ليتم فتح تحقيق في القضية وتوقيف الفاعلين، البالغين من العمر 21 و 33 سنة، مسبوقين قضائيا أين اعترفا بالجرم المنسوب إليه.
وفي سياق آخر وعلى إثر معلومات مؤكدة تحصلت عليها المصلحة مفادها قيام أحد الأشخاص بترويج المخدرات مستغلا في ذلك مسكنه العائلي بحي 1200 مسكن، بعد استصدار اذن بالتفتيش لمسكنه تم توقيف المشتبه به البالغ من العمر 52 سنة مسبوق قضائيا و حجز كمية من المخدرات تقدر ب 9.61 غ بالإضافة إلى مبلغ مالي يقدر ب 34.000 دج من عائدات الترويج و أسلحة بيضاء من الصنف السادس ، بعد استيفاء الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تم تقديمهم أمام النيابة المحلية
