شرطة باتنة : توقيف 04 أشخاص وحجز 1440 كبسولة من المؤثرات العقلية

الفرقة المتنقلة للشرطة القضائية 02 حملة توقف 04 أشخاص و تحجز 1440 كبسولة من المؤثرات العقلية بالإضافة إلى سلاح ناري.
العملية جاءت بناءا على معلومات مؤكدة واردة إلى عناصر الفرقة المتنقلة للشرطة القضائية 02 حملة مكنتهم من توقيف 03 أشخاص تتراوح أعمارهم بين 24 و 36 سنة،مسبوقين قضائيا على خلفية ترويجهم للمؤثرات العقلية بحي كشيدة أين تم حجز كمية تقدر ب 1440 كبسولة بريقابلين 300 ملغ .
وفي سياق آخر تمكنت عناصر ذات المصلحة من توقيف شخص آخر يبلغ من العمر 20 سنة على متن مركبة سياحية و بحوزته سلاح ناري من الصنف الخامس بدون ترخيص بحي كشيدة ، بعداستيفاء جميع الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة تم تقديم السالفي الذكر أمام النيابة المحلية
