شرطة الطارف : توقيف شخصين وحجز 1557 كبسولة من المؤثرات العقلية

شرطة الطارف ممثلة في المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية، فرقة البحث والتدخل ️تتمكن بحر الأسبوع الفارط من الاطاحة بشخصان ينشطان ضمن شبكة اجرامية وطنية مختصة في الاتجار غير المشروع بالمؤثرات العقلية، البالغان من العمر 28 سنة و 36 سنة ينحدران من ولايتي الطارف و بسكرة.
العملية التي تمت تحت إشراف النيابة المختصة، أسفرت عن ضبط 1557 كبسولة مؤثرات عقلية من نوع بريغابلين 300 ملغ، ازيد من 33 مليون سنتيم من العائدات الاجرامية و مركبة سياحية تستعمل في النشاطات الاجرامية.
️تم تقديم الأطراف أمام السيد وكيل الجمهورية لدى محكمة الطارف عن قضية حيازة و نقل و تخزين و تسليم المؤثرات العقلية بطريقة غير مشروعة بغرض البيع أين صدر في حقهما أمر ايداع بمؤسسة اعادة التربية.
