شرطة قالمة : توقيف شخص وحجز كمية من المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية

الفرقة المتنقلة للشرطة القضائية حمام دباغ تحجز 95.63 غرام من المخدرات و224 كبسولة من المؤثرات العقلية.
مواصلة للمجهودات المبذولة من قبل المصالح العملياتية لأمن ولاية قالمة، تمكنت قوات الشرطة القضائية التابعة للفرقة المتنقلة للشرطة القضائية حمام دباغ، بعد وضع خطة عملياتية محكمة من توقيف شخص مشتبه فيه، متلبسا بترويج المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية بالوسط الحضري بمدينة حمام دباغ.
بعد اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بشأن المشتبه فيه و بشأن مسكنه، تم ضبط و حجز 95.63 غرام من المخدرات و224 كبسولة من أدوية ذات تأثير عقلي ومبلغ مالي من عائدات الإتجار.
تم تحويل المشتبه فيه إلى المصلحة،كون ضده ملفا قضائيا عن الأفعال التالية:
حيازة بضاعة أجنبية محظورة و حساسة( أقراص مهلوسة ) عن طريق التهريب .
حيازة المخدرات (كيف معالج) و المؤثرات العقلية.
قدم المشتبه فيه أمام محكمة قالمة، أين صدر حقه أمر إيداع.
