بتكليف من السيد إبراهيم بوغالي، رئيس المجلس الشعبي الوطني، شارك النائب إلياس قمقاني، مساء يوم الإثنين 23 ديسمبر 2024، في فعاليات الندوة العلمية الموسومة بـ”دور الكفاءة النسوية في بناء الجزائر الجديدة، تحديات وآفاق”. وقد نظمت هذه الندوة من طرف المنظمة الوطنية للكفاءات والنخب النسوية الجزائرية بقصر الثقافة مفدي زكرياء بالعاصمة.
جمعت الندوة نخبة من الشخصيات الوطنية والخبراء الذين ناقشوا أهمية تعزيز دور المرأة الجزائرية في مختلف القطاعات باعتبارها جزءًا أساسيًا من بناء الجزائر الجديدة. وتم التطرق إلى التحديات التي تواجه الكفاءات النسوية في تحقيق الأهداف التنموية الكبرى، إضافة إلى استشراف الآفاق المستقبلية لتمكين المرأة وتحقيق المساواة في الفرص.
