وزير السكن يعلن تسليم عقود عدل 2 رقمياً وتسريع إنجاز مشاريع عدل 3

ترأس وزير السكن والعمران والمدينة والتهيئة العمرانية، السيد محمد طارق بلعريبي، اليوم الإثنين 09 فيفري 2026، بمقر الوزارة، اجتماعًا تقنيًا حضره الإطارات المركزية للوزارة وإطارات الوكالة الوطنية لتحسين السكن وتطويره “عدل”، خُصص لدراسة ملفات تتعلق ببرامج السكن بصيغة البيع بالإيجار.

وخُصص المحور الأول من الاجتماع لملف عقود مكتتبي برنامج عدل 2، حيث أمر السيد الوزير بوضع تطبيق رقمي تفاعلي حيز الخدمة بالتنسيق مع مكاتب التوثيق، بهدف تسليم عقود المكتتبين ابتداءً من شهر مارس المقبل. كما شدد على ضرورة تطبيق التخفيض القانوني بنسبة 10 بالمائة من قيمة المبلغ المتبقي للسكن، وفقًا للتشريع المعمول به.

أما المحور الثاني، فقد تناول تقييم مدى تقدم إنجاز مشاريع 80 ألف وحدة سكنية بصيغة عدل 3، التي انطلقت أشغالها نهاية سنة 2025. وفيما يخص الحصة المتبقية والمقدرة بـ 120 ألف وحدة سكنية ضمن نفس الصيغة، أسدى الوزير تعليمات تقضي بضرورة الانطلاق في إنجازها قبل نهاية الشهر المقبل.

وبخصوص برنامج 300 ألف وحدة سكنية بصيغة عدل 3، المسجل ضمن قانون المالية لسنة 2026، أمر السيد الوزير برفع جميع العراقيل الإدارية والتقنية، بما يضمن الانطلاق الفعلي في إنجاز هذا البرنامج السكني الهام في أقرب الآجال.

وفي الشق التجاري، سُجلت نسبة تقدّر بـ 85 بالمائة من عدد المكتتبين المقبولين الذين قاموا بدفع المرحلة الأولى من الشطر الأول إلى غاية 09 فيفري 2026.

كما تقرر فتح المجال للطعن في نوع الشقة عبر المنصة الرقمية الخاصة ببرنامج عدل 3، وذلك ابتداءً من شهر مارس المقبل، في إطار تعزيز الشفافية وتحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمكتتبين.
