الفرقة المتنقلة للشرطة القضائية بالذرعان تطيح بشبكة لترويج المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية

الطارف – تمكنت #الفرقة_المتنقلة_للشرطة_القضائية_الذرعان مؤخراً، إثر عمليتين ميدانيّتين، من توقيف ثلاثة (03) أشخاص ينشطون في المتاجرة بالمخدرات و#المؤثرات_العقلية بطريقة غير مشروعة، وذلك تحت إشراف السيد وكيل الجمهورية المختص إقليمياً.

وأفضت العمليتان إلى ضبط:

200 كبسولة من المؤثرات العقلية، ونصف صفيحة من #الكيف_المعالج بوزن 39 غرامًا.
مبلغ مالي يُعتقد أنه من عائدات النشاط الإجرامي.

وقد تم تقديم المشتبه فيهم أمام النيابة المختصة إقليمياً، بتهمة حيازة المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية بقصد البيع، في إطار المتابعة القانونية لمكافحة الجريمة وحماية المجتمع.
