وهران – يشارك زهاء 100 عارض، بدءا من الإثنين القادم، في الطبعة ال 13 للصالون الدولي للمرقين العقاريين والسكنات الذكية والديكور “ايلوجيا”، بمركز المؤتمرات “محمد بن أحمد” لوهران، حسبما استفيد، اليوم الاثنين، من محافظ الصالون.
ويجمع هذا الصالون مرقين عقاريين، ومهني العقار، والسكن، وممثلي مقاولات الانجاز العمومية والخاصة من الجزائر، فضلا عن شركات أجنبية وأخرى تربطها شراكة مع مؤسسات جزائرية، تمثل عددا من الدول، على غرار الصين وتونس وإيطاليا واسبانيا والبرتغال، مثلما ذكره ل/وأج السيد أكرم سيدي يخلف، مسؤول وكالة اتصال “أب كونسبت ديزاين” المنظمة للتظاهرة.
وأوضح ذات المسؤول أن هذا الصالون، المنظم على مدار أربعة أيام تحت شعار “طبعة صيف”، يشكل فرصة للجالية المقيمة بالخارج وكذا المواطنين للإطلاع على مستجدات القطاع واقتناء سكنات في صيغة الترقوي أو تسجيل في برامج سكنية الجاري تجسيدها بمدينة وهران.
وتأتي هذه الطبعة بعد نجاح الطبعة السابقة المنظمة، شهر ديسمبر المنصرم، التي عرفت تسجيل عدد “معتبر” من الطلبات الخاصة باقتناء سكنات من قبل الجزائريين المقيمين بالخارج، وفق ذات المصدر .
وسيتم خلال هذا الصالون تقديم للجمهور تصاميم وإبداعات تكنولوجية للمنازل الحديثة وحلول عقارية تستجيب لاحتياجات طالبي السكن حسب دخلهم، من طرف مرقين عقاريين.
كما سيشهد الصالون تنظيم ورشات مخصصة لعرض مشاريع سكنية عصرية على غرار السكنات الإيكولوجية مجهزة بتقنيات ذكية وصديقة للبيئة التي تراعي اقتصاد الكهرباء، ونظم الاتصال المستخدمة في العمارات، بمشاركة مؤسسات ناشئة وحاملي المشاريع المبتكرة مختصة في المجال.
وسيقدم عدد من المرقين العقاريين، خلال هذه التظاهرة التي أصبحت تقليدا سنويا لولاية وهران، تخفيضات في أسعار السكنات المنجزة في مختلف الصيغ وكذا تسهيلات خصوصا ما تعلق بالقروض البنكية، وفق السيد أكرم سيدي يخلف.
