قامت مصالح الشرطة العامة بأمن ولاية مستغانم بـ 162 خرجة ميدانية لمراقبة المحلات التجارية والتجارة الموازية،سجلت الشرطة الإدارية ممثلة في المصلحة الولائية للشرطة العامة بجميع الفروع التابعة لها عبر إقليم اختصاص أمن ولاية مستغانم مراقبة المحلات التجارية بقطاع الإختصاص، رفعت على إثرها 52 مخالفة من بينها إنعدام السجل التجاري، ممارسة نشاط خارج موضوع السجل التجاري، إنعدام النظافة، تم على إثرها تنفيذ قرار غلق 23 محل تجاري من بينها 05 محلات لبيع الشيشة.
كما قامت ذات المصلحة بإنجاز 328 تحقيق اداري خاص برخص الإستغلال لمختلف الأنشطة
