أشرف اللواء “محمد الطيب براكني” قائد الناحية العسكرية الثانية، اليوم الخميس 05 ديسمبر 2024، على مستوى المحكمة العسكرية بالناحية العسكرية الثانية، على مراسم افتتاح السنة القضائية 2024-2025، بحضور السيد اللواء مدير القضاء العسكري بوزارة الدفاع الوطني، وكذا السلطات المدنية المتمثلة في السيد والي الولاية وإطارات الناحية العسكرية الثانية والأسرة القضائية.
بعد تلاوة فاتحة الكتاب والاستماع للنشيد الوطني أعلن رئيس المحكمة العسكرية بوهران عن الافتتاح الرسمي للسنة القضائية 2024-2025، ليشرع بعدها القضاة المساعدون العسكريون المعنيون بالمحكمة العسكرية في أداء اليمين القانونية، والتي تنص على تنفيذ المهام المسندة إليهم بعناية وإخلاص وفقا لمبادئ العدالة والمساواة والحفاظ على سرية المداولات.
