وهران – أعلنت مديرية الصحة والسكان لولاية وهران، عن استفادتها من 134 منصبا ماليا جديدا لسنة 2025، موجهة لتدعيم مختلف المؤسسات الصحية بالولاية بالموارد البشرية المؤهلة، حسب بيان صادر عنها.
وأوضح المصدر ذاته أن هذه المناصب ستوزع على المستشفيات، المؤسسات العمومية للصحة الجوارية، المراكز الصحية والعيادات، وتشمل 60 منصب طبيب عام في الصحة العمومية، 47 منصب طبيب أسنان، و21 منصب صيدلي من الدرجة الأولى.
وفيما يخص منتوج التكوين لسنة 2025، أبرزت المديرية أن العدد الإجمالي للمناصب المالية الموجهة لخريجي المعهدين الوطنيين للتكوين العالي شبه الطبي (قعابي جدية وحي السلام) بلغ 342 منصبا موزعا على مختلف الرتب.
كما استفادت المديرية من 12 منصبا إضافيا خاصا بتخصص البيولوجيا في الصحة العمومية، بواقع ستة مناصب مصنفة في الصنف 2، وستة أخرى في الصنف 1.
وأكدت المديرية أن توزيع هذه المناصب سيتم حصريا عن طريق المسابقات، ضمانا لمبدأ تكافؤ الفرص والشفافية في الالتحاق بالوظائف العمومية في قطاع الصحة.
