انطلاق أشغال الدورة العادية الرابعة للمجلس الشعبي الولائي ببرج باجي مختار

♦️انطلقت، اليوم الأحد 25 جانفي 2026، أشغال افتتاح الدورة العادية الرابعة للمجلس الشعبي الولائي لسنة 2025 بـولاية برج باجي مختار، بدعوة من رئيس المجلس الشعبي الولائي السيد هاشمي عبد القادر، وبحضور والي الولاية السيد محفوظ بن فليس، حيث تم التأكيد على الطابع المؤسساتي للدورة وأهميتها في متابعة الملفات التنموية ذات الأولوية، في إطار الصلاحيات المخولة للهيئة المنتخبة.

♦️وتضمن جدول أعمال الدورة عرض ومناقشة توصيات الدورة السابقة وما بين الدورتين، إلى جانب دراسة تقرير اللجنة المكلفة بمتابعة وضعية مشروع عصرنة الطريق الوطني رقم 06 بجميع أشطره، مع تقديم عرض حال مفصل حول التحضيرات النهائية لشهر رمضان المعظم، فضلاً عن التطرق إلى مختلف الانشغالات المسجلة. كما تم عرض مشروع الميزانية الإضافية لسنة 2025، حيث ناقشه الأعضاء وصادقوا عليه بالإجماع عقب عملية التصويت، بما يضمن تعزيز الموارد الموجهة لدعم البرامج المسطرة.

♦️وجرت أشغال الدورة بحضور أعضاء اللجنة الأمنية للولاية، وكيل الجمهورية لدى محكمة برج باجي مختار، النائب البرلماني ورتي محمد، الأمين العام للولاية، المندوب المحلي لوسيط الجمهورية، أعضاء المجلس التنفيذي للولاية، عضو المجلس الأعلى للشباب، ورؤساء المجالس الشعبية البلدية لبلديتي برج باجي مختار وتيمياوين، إلى جانب ممثلي الأسرة الثورية والكشافة الإسلامية والهلال الأحمر الجزائري وفعاليات المجتمع المدني، وعدد من المواطنين، حيث أكدت القرارات المتخذة على مواصلة التنسيق بين مختلف الفاعلين المحليين لخدمة التنمية المحلية.

    might attract users who are trying new projects. Still, things like
    update speed are worth checking before making decisions.

    Security and compliance also come up often around Paybis. The platform highlights KYC checks, which can feel reassuring for users in Germany, though others
    might see it as time-consuming. I’m still undecided, but it does
    suggest Paybis tries to operate as a long-term marketplace.

    When it comes to fees, reviews seem mixed. Some
    say Paybis is clear about costs, while others note that pricing can vary by payment method.
    This isn’t unusual in the crypto industry,
    but it means users should compare alternatives before moving money.

    Overall, I wouldn’t call Paybis perfect,
    but it does seem like a platform worth a closer look, especially for
    someone in Germany trying to recover financially.
    I’m still forming my opinion, but it seems promising enough to justify further research.
