قسنطينة: توقيف مروج مخدرات وضبط آلاف الكبسولات مع استرجاع مبلغ مالي

تمكنت عناصر فرقة البحث والتدخل BRI بأمن ولاية قسنطينة من توقيف شخص مشتبه فيه متورط في الاتجار بالمؤثرات العقلية، وذلك بعد متابعة دقيقة لمعلومات أمنية مؤكدة.

وخلال عملية التفتيش، تم ضبط 2880 كبسولة من المؤثرات العقلية من مختلف الأنواع، بالإضافة إلى مبلغ مالي يُعتقد أنه من عائدات النشاط الإجرامي.

وأكدت مصالح الأمن أن العملية تمت تحت إشراف النيابة المختصة، وتم تقديم المشتبه فيه أمام وكيل الجمهورية، لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية المتعلقة بالحيازة والاتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات.

تندرج هذه العملية ضمن الجهود المستمرة لمصالح الأمن الوطني في قسنطينة لمحاربة الجرائم المرتبطة بالمخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية، وضمان سلامة المواطنين والحفاظ على الأمن العام.
