في عمليات أمنية متفرقة قامت بها كل من فرقتي مكافحة الإتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات و مكافحة الجرائم الكبرى بالمصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية ، وكذا الفرقة المتنقلة للشرطة القضائية العفرون بأمن ولاية البليدة، مكنت من الإطاحة بعصابات أحياء وحجز أسلحة بيضاء من مختلف الأحجام و الأصناف، مخدرات و أقراص مهلوسة .
القضية الأولى: عالجتها فرقة مكافحة الجرائم الكبرى تمكنت خلالها من إلقاء القبض على أربعة(04) أشخاص مشتبه فيهم كانوا يهددون سلامة المواطنين بتكوين عصابات أحياء حاولت ان تبث الرعب و الخوف من خلال الاعتداءات بواسطة أسلحة بيضاء مع ترويج المؤثرات العقلية، هاته العملية الامنية مكنت من ضبط و حجز أسلحة بيضاء من مختلف الأحجام و الأصناف، مبلغ مالي من عائدات البيع غير المشروع, و(167) قرصا من مؤثرات عقلية .
القضية الثانية: عالجتها فرقة مكافحة الإتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات و التي تم فيها إلقاء القبض على (03)ثلاثة أشخاص يقومون بإستغلال مسكن صغير متواجد بأحد البساتين كوكر لإخفاء السموم من( المؤثرات العقلية والمخدرات).
بالتنسيق مع النيابة المختصة هاته الاخيرة امرت ضبطية الفرقة بالتحري و العمل من أجل توقيف هذه الجماعة الإجرامية فمن خلال مداهمة المكان، قام أحد المشتبه فيهم بإستعمال و تحريض سلاح موجه(كلب مفترس) من نوع مالينوا على عناصر الأمن للإفلات و الهرب.
تم السيطرة عليهم من طرف قوات الشرطة و إلقاء القبض عليهم متلبسين ببيع تلك السموم مع حجز شارات ضوئية خاصة بالبواخر، مبلغ مالي من عائدات البيع غير المشروع تقدر بأكثر من 100 مليون سنتيم ، 1098 مؤثر عقلي (قرص صلب) ، 40 غرام كيف معالج(قنب هندي)، 18 كبسولة من مؤثرات عقلية، بالإضافة إلى ضبط و حجز الكلب الذي إستعمله المشتبه فيهم في عملية التهديد.
وبخصوص القضية الثالثة: فتتعلق بقضية نوعية عالجتها الفرقة المتنقلة للشرطة القضائية العفرون وتمكنت خلالها عناصر الفرقة من الإطاحة بشخصين (02) مشتبه فيهما، تتراوح أعمارهما ما بين 39 و 47 سنة مسبوقين قضائيا، ينحدران من ولاية البليدة ينشطان في ترويج المخدرات مع حجز (20) صفيحة من القنب الهندي.
تحت إشراف النيابة المختصة إقليميا، تم إعداد خطة أمنية للترصد وإيقاف المشتبه فيه الرئيسي ، فيما أسفر تنفيذ إذن بالتفتيش صادر عن النيابة المختصة إقليميا عن ضبط كمية معتبرة من المخدرات (الكيف المعالج) تقدر بـ 20 صفيحة ما يعادل وزنها بـ (1910) غرام و مبلغ مالي من عائدات البيع و المتاجرة . ليتم تقديم المشتبه فيهم اما النيابات المختصة اقليما بموجب ملفات قضائية
