وتركزت عمليات المراقبة على:
التحقق من نوعية المحمولات،
مدى احترام المتعاملين للقوانين والتعليمات الخاصة بنقل البضائع، لا سيما تلك المزودة بنظام التبريد.
تهدف هذه العملية إلى ضمان سلامة نقل البضائع وحماية المستهلكين، بالإضافة إلى ضبط المخالفات ومنع أي تجاوزات من قبل المتعاملين في السوق.
